The Ripper Cap – Maximum Pour Speed

The Ripper Cap is Tuff Jug’s high-performance cap solution, engineered to pour 5 gallons of fuel in as little as 38 seconds. That is up to 500 percent faster than a standard consumer fuel container. The Ripper Cap opens wide to allow maximum fluid flow, and the integrated ventilation line ensures consistent airflow throughout the pour so speed never drops. For motorsport pit stops, multi-machine commercial fueling, and any application where time is a critical factor, no other cap system on the market competes with the Ripper Cap.

Ripper Cap Compatibility Requirements

The Ripper Cap is designed for top-load tank openings and requires a target tank inlet of 1.5 inches or larger for proper operation. The jug must be held straight up and down during dispensing. The ventilation line must be installed securely into the nozzle of the Ripper Cap and inserted into the jug handle during use. Tank inlets with filters or extensions longer than the nozzle tip of the Ripper Cap may prevent proper flow. For smaller or shallow tank inlets, adapters are available separately.
